Agreed. Graham, PPX's choice to not pay hybrid debt does not deem it insolvent, your statement is wrong, it is at the company's discretion.
Had they paid distributions then I would have sold my holding. A restructure is not cheap and the focus for PPX should be capital preservation not keeping PXUPA holders happy whilst bleeding the company dry. The risk was always there buying PXUPA.
