Well, my average cost for both PPX & PXUPA is much higher than the respective current market prices, and although I wish I had not invested in the company when the prices were much higher, at current prices I see considerable value ahead that I do not want to forgo by being desperate. I am assuming there are other share & hybrid holders (some of which are large institutions) who, like me, are willing to be patient and recover most of their capital and, possibly, make a return on the capital, as I believe the company is on the verge of turnaround.

If the prices get pushed down much further by "desperate" holders, I'll be happy to add to my holdings.
