It would be interesting to see the construction Project task timetable. This document, an essential planning document for any project and which one would assume has been prepared by the project manager (JW?) and approved by the MD, should provide answers.
It is interesting to read mbarring's list of notices, lots "will be" to be done actions, hard to find "have been" actions. The only actions that seem to have been completed are "beams have been installed" or "being painted" if these announcements are correct.
But then again I am confused by the 2013 Annual Report p2 "Fabrication of these have been completed and they will be installed sequentially as erection is finalised".
Based on the 2013 Annual Report, I should assume that, a year on, all the process equipment should now have been installed. Why have these major process units not been installed if completed last year?
I continue to wonder as to the reasons for the construction delays, now 4 years late based on the 2010 Annual Report
