    Get new directors if the current board is not capable of doing it. At FFX the shareholders got rid of 2 boards till they got the right one. Now they are looking at becoming a billion dollar company. A few shareholders with a sizable holding can get together to nominate new directors at an AGM or EGM. Current directors could be voted out.
