Exactly, embarrassing for management imo. Perhaps the stars really did not align on this occasion but there needs to be a robust and proactive response. Jimmy can't be feeling great about this personally. He is, however, heading up an ASX listed company and must be accountable to its shareholders. I really think they need to recruit an experienced head, someone who has been there and done it so to speak and can provide advisory/mentor-type support. Someone like a Mark Bennett comes to mind - is it possible to get him on the board as a non-executive director?
