Just looking at the AGM results for another company that I hold.
All but two resolutions were pulled at the meeting, one of which was to approve the issue of performance rights to the Managing Director.
So I will include in my email to Jimmy a request that MAN consider pulling number of the resolutions that award the directors given the share price slump.
