Vor, could you ask them on what basis did the renumeration committee raise Kendrews salary....was it the lack of sales at book or above, the tanking sp, the inability for the company to meet upcoming debt repayments????

Yeah well that blows chunks as an answer, because it would have been good corporate governance for the board of this dog of a company to refuse any further pay increases based on poor decision making, and just generaly not being up to the job for which they were already too highly paid.
