Thanks Eire appreciated. ---------------------------------------------- Research on USA Share Markets do show some 'activity -less than credible' Is there anything the BoD can monitor that could expose any underhand building of shares to stop a 'group(s) holding' in event of a possible Take Over. I do not want to see loyal shareholders 'shafted again' (this comment not specifically aimed at our BoDs)
Also 'Monitoring the Position' is the common statement - But how ? As a number of small holdings-keeping under the 5% etc limit-can build to a formidable position if combined. Unfortunately 'Trust' is not common in markets, especially when the mighty $$$$$$$$$$ is paramount? ----------------------------------------------- 'activity -less than credible' is my opinion built from my research.
