Brabus has a very good point on performance and relative payment
At the AGM ask the relevant current holdings within the company of the Directors, suggest it actually does amount to practically zero
The only saving grace is the holdings of Consort, the main player, or possibly even that position maybe diluted to a lower statue based upon the possible future holdings of Smith/Patterson and Co
Isn't the partly paids supposed to be revoted at the next AGM, how else does PL obtain his holdings within the Company?? Shouldn't he at least get offered same holdings at the current lower prices??? He would no doubt take them up of course at a lower price!
