I agree wholeheartedly. Considering this was such a high-performance share last year, gaining 200%+ before even becoming productive, I would expect bonus incentives to be realistically placed at a figure much higher than 125% of the current depleted price - especially if we're looking at SP after first 3 years of becoming a producer.
