The company needs a plan in place to reward shareholders and improve the share price in order to have ready access to capitol for each expansion.
Ive always thought a token few % of profits each year should be set aside to buying back shares. As profit increases each year so will the buy backs.
Investors wont care about a CR if they know long term the company has a real plan to rein in the shares on issue and is using the money to expand in a high priced market. The company just "Recognizing" the dilution is not reassuring. People want action and corporate responsibility.
And a real plan is NOT! CR CR CR consolidation CR CR CR consolidation.....and so on. Thats a bullshit cop out and treats investors like mugs
(Oh and FYI im bullish on gxy, its my largest holding and my biggest risk. Im really happy with the management so far. But there are alot of new faces on the board and regardless of how in love we are with the company, its OUR responsibility to keep the bastards honest haha)
