Hi Ice I assume you base your 40% dilution on the current SP if AVR where to raise 100 mil ? . I would hope by that stage the SP will be $50 + meaning a much smaller dilution and putting AVR firmly in a position where they could at least drive the TAVR to approval . Once approved AVR is in a very strong position and would undoubtably attract some big offers or go onto market it on their own . It doesn’t bother me either way but if the TAVR proves to be what we believe IMO AVR will be acquired long before approval . I originally was thinking Medtronic’s would aquire AVR but based on Eire comments I assume Edwards will as they stand to lose market share of a product which is the foundation of their profits .
