Wayne has repeatedly indicated possible revenue of $5b with the company value being multiples of this. I believe he has mentioned 3-5 times revenue in the past. This would give a company valuation in a few years of $20b. The last raise of $28m (aud) gave 14% of the company therefore providing a valuation of $200m.
Given this disconnect, is it possible for future funding to be at a premium to the existing shareprice at the time capital is raised or at a minimum substantially more than the $200m?
Has the Nasdaq capital raise pricing been discussed at board level and would it be expected to be above $500m valuation?
