Well, the old sea dog has stuck his hand up again. Needless to say, he will not be getting my vote and I will be starting a concerted campaign with all of my fellow CTO shareholders to vote him down as well.
I have not actually voted via a Proxy Form before and would like some advice ...
1/ Is it OK to elect the Chairman (the guy I want to see the back of) to register my votes? Is there any chance of skullduggery here?
2/ I understand that it is 1 vote for each share ... therefore, if I have a million shares, I get a million votes ... is this right?
I want to issue clear instructions to my fellow Shareholders (that bought on my recommendation) NOT to vote for this relic.
Don't undersetimate what we can do here ... if this is done right it could become viral ... there might be enough small holders out there to make the difference.
Say NO to the re-election of John Foley.
