Auag, if CTO only have a three person board, then if you want to vote one out, you will have to find another candidate to stand. Public companies are required by law to have at least three directors so even if you are successful in opposing the resolution to reappoint one of the directors, he will still remain in office until such time as another director is appointed. Also, if no other candidate is put forward at the AGM, it is the remaining two directors who have the job of appointing his replacement (one of whom you seem to not have much faith in judging from your posts, so perhaps you may not be keen on him representing 50% of the decision on a new director).
