How do you put someone else up as an alternative Board Member (I actually know of a prime candidate, who would be well received) ... it seems to me that we are in a Catch 22 here. ie: the Agenda has been set and there is no room to put forward another candidate. How can we propose a replacement? If we leave it up to Lynch (on the off chance that Foley is voted down), then we will just get another crony (as you suggest).
