    Since the family has 28% of the votes and not all the shareholders will vote...you need a mircale to get 51% of the votes...

    For example: if 50% of the shreholders vote...zero chance.
    If 70% votes...28% automatically will be for the family and u need to get more than 90% of the remaining votes...

    Sometimes, the best policy is to vote with feet...
