Kosenar I have a few questions.

1. March Quaterly 2010 "Citigold has internally budgeted that the development of the City operations should take
24 months."
How far are you into the 24 month time frame and is it running on time and to budget?

2. We understand the company is targeting 300,000 oz per annum, when can we expect to see a yearly production figure of 50,000 oz ?

3. Is there a reason why CTO did not send a delegation to the Diggers and Dealers this year?

4. How is the company going to finance the new loading machines "September 2010 Quarterly"? and when do they expect delivery of these machines?

5. In the annual report Mr Foley supplied a chart on where he believed the company stood in its evolution, I note the chart indicates a buy ! Has the Chairman or any other management / directors bought shares based on this chart given the Chairman believes where the company is in its construction growth cycle?

6. Has the company received any Genuine Offers from prospective partners or buyers for the company?

7. What is the companies cash position at todays date?
