I don't think there will be another dividend except for the 'dividend component' that made up the 35c in the distribution statement, if ever the privatisation would go through as planned, no dividend need to be paid.

Then again, I don't bet on the privatisation, I'd welcome the 100,000 seller to lower his ask price though!
