1. Why are meetings held in Sydney, when head office is in Melbourne. Less costs would be incurred as no travel and accommodation.
ANSWER: fewer "awkward questions" from shareholders. Surprising that the AGM is not in Knightsbridge or Mayfair
2. Consultancy Fees.
ANSWER: someone's gotta look after the consultants
3. Travel and accom. In this day and age with the technology available in most cases is unnecessary.
ANSWER: yeah, but those private suites in First Class are hard to beat and what's not to like about London?

ANSWER: tough market + death spiral

6. Milestones going by.
