Any right thinking person would call for Capital Raising by pushing higher the SP (by whatever means) to avoid dilution but we have a board that did the opposite. Just study the past CR & you will find that the SP was pushed down intentionally to the lowest end to inflict maximum dilution (maximum shareholder value damage). And CR continue until someone else become the real owner of this company under the camouflage of nominees' a/c at a cheap price ? Any way to check where the majority of all the CR shares went to? Any conspiracy?
