No "bigger" theory TaneNuias NEN are one of 29 stocks that BP have ceased coverage on in the last couple of days. I was just speculating about the fact that BP put a large number of NEN shares out to sophisticated investors at 30c not so long ago and they have now ceased coverage of the stock could be one of the reasons that there a large number of sellers. I would assume they would have informed the sophisticated investors that they were going to cease coverage and given their reasons (what they could be is a mystery!)) for doing so prior to making the announcement. Obviously with the market taking a major hiding over the last couple of sessions it's not the only reason, but it could well be adding fuel to the fire. That said TaneNui, I just don't know why anyone would be selling NEN at the moment when we are only weeks away from what could well be the major prize and one of the big exploration stories of 2013.
