don't know if the costs associated with listing there (on pink pages or such) would be beneficial for someone at the stage and size of NEN (thinking of Petsec as an example who scrapped it when costs outweighed benefits and they had the bulk of projects in the GOM)

I'm thinking the exercise would need to have started a while ago if you were thinking in advance of raising money to fund dev of Vietnam (if pray to God we hit commercial stuff) but could be wrong
