Dear Ken,

Thank you for your tremendous presentation, things certainly look positive for the company. Also, thank you for allowing me the opportunity to ask some short questions;

1) Was management hoping that the members forgot about California as a result of the massive potential Vietnam offers?

1A) Seeing that it is now over 4 months since you released the Paloma Project Overview, when will you announce to the market the updated resource estimates?

2) Was there much interest by 3rd parties with the specialist knowledge and prospective partners to become involved in Paloma?

2A) Seeing that it is now over 4 months that the company was seeking out specialists and/or prospective partners, when will the company update the market as to progress on these two fronts?

3) Has the company considered involving itself further with Solimar in Solimar's Kreyenhagen and Monterey Shale Oil exploration plays?

3A) Is the company looking to enter new leases or will the company only focus on its current portfolio for say the next 6 months?
