In response to Bad Breath I figure a new thread is required.
Although not a holder I post on this stock due to my brother holding.
As an accountant there are several things within the financials that need looking at.

The most glaring in my opinion is the Related Parties Payment To KR of $540K!

Related parties can be relatives either employed or contracted to supply materials or consultancy, it can also be a company that the director has a major interest supplying.
In my mind $540K is a very substantial payment and I would suggest the question be put as to what this payment was for.
