    yes... its just my opinion ..

    Directors get their option numbers set by 10th Dec ..

    how many Options they get ..is depending on the Average Share Price .. leading up to that date.

    so .. the lower the SP goes ..the MORE free OPTIONS ..they get on 10th Dec
