The published peer reviewed papers question goes to the heart of Paul Gavins credibilty. He definitively answered my question at last years AGM that publishing was going ahead full steam! Looks to me like that may have been another shattered dream. I cannot go to the AGM but believe that this situation requires a clear and believable explanation.
