I have just learned the Australian Shareholder Association (ASA) recommends and will proxy vote AGAINST the following:

Item 2: Approval of Remuneration Report
We acknowledge that this is a critical time for the company and it is seen as imperative for the business to hold existing staff to be able to take it back to prosperity, however, the combination of the increased non-executive directors fees, retention payments and STIs awards means we will be voting against the Remuneration Report.

Items 5(a)&(b): Grant of equity to Group Managing Director Andrew Grech
Given the company’s recent performance and the fact that the LTI awards would start from a very low TSR base, we believe that this plan should be suspended.
