You answered your own question. The AGM provides a level of uncertainty, and so people taking some money off the table as a precaution.
Also, from a technical perspective, there is still some overhead supply that needs to be dealt with in the 6.8-7.2 price range...this is putting pressure on the sp. We have had generally low volume trading days, and need much more to deal with the current batch of supply.
