Would a CNOOP or a TOTAL not pressure FAR to go to Arbitration?

And those who think PE right has an infinite timeline, that you can wait until 2018, 2019 or 2020. Do yourself a favour - have a read of the Doctrine of Laches.

Its a French Legal Doctrine.

For me, the moment they drilled SNE5, was the moment the claim against the 35% equity interest on SNE field (against WPL) was over. And its one of the main reasons I sold out.

Note, they may still be able to seek damages against COP (if the time limit have not expired).

Further note, read OOO's post on this issue again and FAR's recent press releases and you will see that FAR only mentioned possible "actions against COP"
