Re: Patenting PA's revised process and what I got from the discussion with JZ.
Aside from costs involved the reasoning behind not patenting PA's revised process is that then it gives anyone the opportunity to replicate the step by step process and then make slight adjustments so they are not breaching the patent.
To protect the IP it is better to keep it in house rather than divulging the critical info by registering it as patent.
