I'd like to know if any of the insiders or new shares that have been issued have any escrow on them? e.g.. Airguides etc.
I think I remember seeing someone had their shares locked up but forget who.
As we know from DAF...having a large selling shareholder can create a year of misery.
Getting some clarification on that would be great.
