My gut is telling me QL is a given. It's the arrangement details that can be anything. One hint might be in the last announcement.

"While at the same time consider potential for funding, off-take, partnership or other value-adding commercial agreements in consideration for potential stage 3 development of the Rincon Lithium Project"

My interpretation reworded is.......

While at the same time help bring QL into production as a JV partner in exchange for a minority share of QL profits or royalties. As a side dish you will offer, fully independent of success at QL, a super attractive deal for funding Rincon stage 3 via an off-take or other value-adding commercial agreements.

Am I asking too much?
