I like the idea raised here to secure the tech. But wouldn't that value remains with PA, his more important than land contribution to the agy/pa JV?
LPD's currently subject to a hostile takeover mainly because of lmax. I think they will do something to protect the IP in the future such that a t/o of LpD will not risk losing lmax. Agy can similarly separate the tech to not risk losing it in a TO bid, or would have a separate value to bid on. As mentioned by Q this is likely as valuable as the current tenements.
