I think...and this is JUST IMO...
the offer will be increased so everyone gets the shares they want and I'm ok with that, as I assume all shareholders would be.
I think this is a small attempt by Alex and Jerko to say THANKS to all LT shareholders for hanging in there -don't I feel bad now 8-(
I don't think it would be earth shattering...maybe a extra million is raised but raised the right way so that shareholders benefit. I did the math it's not a big deal and maybe some won't take the offer.
