Onspeed, I have collated the following (its a straight cut and past from this thread). I do not think there will be time to question each. Also as previously posted with Jerko arriving form China the morning of the AGM, doubt there will be time to prepare;

Who are the other two parties joining the MOU process?

Raise awareness to Management that they need to protect PA and extraction patents. I know PA has successfully produced lab scale Lithium carbonate from Rincon. Managements thoughts?

Raise awareness that management need to create a subsidiary entity under AGY and move the extraction process, intellectual property, patents into this vehicle. Management then need to rapidly commercialise this entity by sourcing other brine projects around the world to assist to development and production. This could be worth 10s of millions to AGY.

I'd like to know if any of the insiders or new shares that have been issued have any escrow on them? e.g.. Airguides etc. I think I remember seeing someone had their shares locked up but forget who

Can someone ask in relation to the SPP assuming its massively oversubscribed how they would plan to scale back? Eg prioritising longer or larger holders or just everyone scaled the same percentage etc? if SPP is oversubscribed what's the uplift mgt is considering?
