Management is throwing shareholders a bone. Basically free money if you believe in the fundamentals of this company. Grab as much as you can afford. Sell when you feel like selling. Hold longer for greater returns. For management to offer us the same deal as institutions is a huge pat on the back. It's basically a Dividend (although unfortunately not weighted to individual holding) .
