The reason why we should send questions to the Board is that their failure to respond or their dismissive answers may be used at a later date if we litigate against NKP.

In my opinion by not applying pressure they will conclude a lack of interest by minorities.

Others may have different views.

From what I hear tribal issues and DMR requirements are now progressing at a reasonable pace. Hoping that the AGM will provide a positive update. Let's face it Zijin want all the crap resolved just like us.
