    Hi Mutley,
    Just curious why didn't the board agree to an offtake agreement instead of the OA being put to shareholders if the board can agree to it without shareholder agreement. (don't want to sound like a broken record but us minority shareholders need to know what the board can and can't agree to without shareholder approval and not just getting personal opinions)
    Wayne Swan is the go to man in Federal Labor regarding scepticism of how NAIF operates even though it hasn't awarded any loans yet. He has brought it up in Federal Parliament.
