    I can't speak for why the OA instead of an offtake agreement but I would suspect an extremely dubious reason with Todd in the background wanting FMS wholly for themselves.

    But I have seen recently MOU's that underwent DD successfully leading to an offtake agreement, check out PLS as an example.
