What is the level of sales required to get to cash flow break even?
Assumed cash costs are around $5.8m
If the company answers with a number below $18m (which implies a Gross margin of 32%)
Remind them that gross margin in FY16 and FY17 was 27%
How do they propose increasing their gross margin?

How many employees are in the business? I suspect its around 20 ish
Employee expenses in the last year was around $4m
How is the average salary $200k?

What licensing deals or royalties is the company considering for partnering with US and or Europe companies. ie why not license the technology and take a royalty? (the tech is modular and can be easily rolled out so should be simple)

What is happening with NCF ...there was a flurry of announcements and then nothing. What is going on?
What is the drop dead date for doing a deal with Sinopec?
