Below are some areas that I would like to receive information on (I tried to include your questions):

Conditional agreements
The potential agreements that will bring in revenue that I am aware of all have conditions. It would be good to know what the board thinks the likelihood of those conditions being met are and how long they expect it will be until they are met:
-For the MOU with Recochem on 18 January 2018, MoU calls for a 5-month evaluation period in which the parties will evaluate the other’s performance and the market in Australia and New Zealand. A comprehensive distribution agreement is to be negotiated by June 1st, 2018.
- For the US$15m Distribution & Sales Agreement for China in January 2018 with CisticPoly, from the announcement, the $15m agreement is conditional on CisticPoly’s or third-party approval of product specifications. If product specifications are not approved, then CisticPoly is not obligated to purchase GQDs.
- For the US$300,000 Purchase Agreement with Colorplastics in November 2017, Colorplastic’s purchase of GQDs is conditional on it receiving specific purchase orders for GQD enhanced polymers and plastics from its customers.
- For the Joint Collaboration Agreement for use of GQD's in LIB Anodes with UltraCharge in November 2017, upon successful completion of the 3-month pilot program, UltraCharge will place an initial order of a minimum US$150,000 worth of GQDs for use in LIB anodes. The initial order will be subject to UltraCharge receiving purchase orders of at least $1 million dollars for their GQD enriched anodes.

Pilots
Dotz has mentioned they are involved with over 70 pilots and presumably quite a few of these have been going for more than 6-12 months and are at their later stages. From the quarterly activities report : “Many of the pilot studies we began over the past 12-18 months were completed and are moving into final negotiations.” It would be good if the board could provide a rough estimate of how many of these pilots there still are and the timeline of when they are expected to be completed.
It would also be good to know the outcome of the below pilot:
- September 2017 DTZ Signs MOU with Colorplastic for Use of GQDs. Dotz Nano and Colorplastic of Switzerland sign non-binding memorandum of understanding (MoU) to implement GQDs into polymers and surface modificants. MoU calls for a 6 month pilot program to integrate GQDs into various polymers for use in OEM applications. An Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) is a company that produces parts and equipment that may be marketed by another manufacturer.

Development programs
It would be good to know what happened with the below program:
- August 2017 Dotz Nano Enters Lithium Ion Battery Market, Funding request submitted to the Singapore Israel Industrial R&D foundation (SIIRD) for AU$1.87 million. Dotz Nano to develop functionalised GQDs that will be embedded by NTU researchers into a new Vanadium Oxide cathode with multi-national Ulvac Technologies to provide beta-site support.

Management Issues
In regards to the management issues, I would like to see:
- An explanation for or cancellation of the shares given to Ariel Malik and Eran Gilboa.
- if Ashley Krongold is in attendance please allow him to explain how he didn't realise the performance shares had expired prior to rest of board approving decision issue the botched performance shares when he had over 500,000 shares invested interest in it?

Requesting more information
- Please explain more about low hanging fruit markets (Target areas) and strategies to implement
- Price of DTZ GQD's is it $10,000 per 20kg as mentioned in asx query or 100,000 USD per kilo mentioned in previous performance shares milestone 2, 3. (after first Equity raise after listing its mentioned) or general price
- Performance shares for milestones 2 and 3 please provide start and finish dates and absolute criteria for these to be granted
- Monthly reoccurring Revenue as mentioned from former CEO can you elaborate more?
- Why the change of corporate advisors?
- From quarterly activities report it was mentioned “Our production capability has been implemented and today Dotz Nano can supply all the quantity that is required in the foreseeable future”. Can you please confirm current production capabilities, available stock and if there are still reactors that need to be setup how long it is expected to be until they are operational.

Outlook
- How will DTZ deliver shareholder value in the short term, near term and long term
- Capital requirements in the near term: is a capital raise likely and/or how does DTZ expect to fund its operations if existing cash is depleted.
- Your fair valuation of the company share price/market cap now and targets for the future in a timeline
- As new CEO what are your objectives for the remainder of 2018 and where do you think you can see this company in the future

one question to add, The original focus to earn revenue quickly was from detergents and brightener, a few announcements ago no mention of this on what they are focusing on.
