Agm questions

Agm once again it's that time of the year and like last year and conference call we should prepare questions .Jase was good enough to go on our behalf last year ,i don't know his position this year

1) will we have a webinair as i now live in South America as all our BOD are high fliers that should be easy to do
2) renumeration my personal opinion should be some sort of positive results before they double their salary.
