Hi Ywtoh, I too have been thinking that FLC is quite likely to consider an acquisition. Any such acquisition needn't be for cash, it could be for a combination of cash and issue of shares, with of course a period of escrow equivalent at least to the time needed to bed down the incoming business with FLC management and culture.
Such issue of shares would contribute to the market cap goal they want for US listing.
