    Dont take it too personally.

    Seems Uran dont respond much to anyone unless you are kissing butt and/or not asking the hard questions ;)
    They appear too self indulgent and important to deal with anyone who does not agree with them.
    Think its called egotism...
    As the actress Barbara Stanwyck once said;

    "Egotism- usually a case of mistaken nonentity"

    Asking hard questions and getting replies is about professionalism, about 'dealing with' (not ignoring it or avoiding it) critical feedback and about being person enough to accept that the world (shareholders) 'out there' doesnt seem to think you (or your company) are as perfect as you might think you or your company is.

    Some of the people running ASX listed companies are very well travelled, highly credentialed and very well educated...within their narrow paradigms of understanding. Some in their own minds at least, are beyond feedback and being accountable.

    I see Uran management in that light. Externals my friend. You need to be able to handle feedback AND be able to respond to it....or at least 'acknowledge' it.

    The AGM cannot deflect emails or ignore them my friend :)

    PS Yes I think Kate would look good with a Tymoshenko 'do ;)
