I see good reason in giving Incentives especially when a clear goal and timeline are established. Mark has achieved his goal - the hx works and builds are proof, Mike on the other hand has a clear goal of sourcing commercial contracts (globally) for the hx Mark has built. When and if contracts are signed then Mike has proven his worth but he cannot and shouldn’t receive shares for increases in lay speed!
We can all vote NO this time round even if not successful then at least it lets Mike know the shareholders disagree with his behaviour as CEO.
United we have a chance to steer this company in the shareholders favour!
Remember we don’t have money to build machines so Mike may be earning his keep encouraging Gp Vivienda to pay but that doesn’t make sense for Gp. These guys would just say when you have enough machines come back and see us and we will have plenty of builds. so Mike tell us who pays for the machine manufacturing?
