It’s probably because you didn’t understand it (no offence) as it’s virtually impossible to find a bricklayer with the experience/skill set to build a chimney that can extract the smoke correctly & efficiently.
Correct, the loading process is pretty straight forward & it’s a bonus that it takes injuries out of the equation too, access, manoeuvrability, reach, etc are all an issue.
