Regarding your point 'I'm not sure what's happening behind closed doors now, but I know FBR staff won't be sitting there twiddling their thumbs'. In essence, that is one of the major issues of the company. As shareholders, we are supposedly at the top of their governance hierarchy yet we are very rarely updated on the progress & strategies of the business. We are provided with vague timelines & half truths that can be easily misconstrued and are only provided with insight via videos & announcements that are dropped out of the blue. If they are under NDA's with prospective partners, hence the lack of communication, they should be advising shareholders. Their shareholder communication/PR is horrendous for a company in the R&D phase which is evidenced by the consistently declining share price YoY.

Most of my mining exploration stocks (equivalent to a R&D robotic company but without the government incentives) involve the MD or head geologist partaking in an informal investor discussion with one of the numerous outlets at least once every three months.
