This question is related to why aren't we building in WA now...
If the Hx were to build the walls of a typical home in WA right now, what would be the profit or loss from doing so? FBR was paid the same as what a manual bricklaying job would have cost for the first builds. Was that already profitable (given how quick it was)? Is a lack of profitability at the current laying rate and requirement for staff holding up the signing of deals? I imagined they could just keep building and make improvements after each build.
