Numerous FBR shareholders have tried to ask questions associated with FBR and their shareholding.
Questions have been directed to Rachel within the Shareholder Relations team.
It has often taken more than a month to receive any type of response and on occasion it has taken almost two months to receive a reply. This is despite multiple follow-ups.
Is this an acceptable level of service to be providing shareholders of FBR?
What will FBR do to make sure that this problem within the FBR team is fixed moving forward.
